Position Overview

This part-time BCBA position plays a central role in helping our participants grow through
behavior-based support and community-focused learning. Your oversight will provide
behavior intervention planning through functional analysis as well as staff training to
support individuals as they work toward social, safety and vocational goals across center and community settings.

Your clinical expertise will guide everything from life skill development to successful job site navigation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful
outcomes.


Responsibilities

● Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) within a Functional
Behavioral Analysis framework.
● Train and supervise behavior technicians and direct support staff
● Monitor participant progress through data collection and adjust strategies as needed
● Support skill development in real-world settings such as public spaces, volunteer sites,
and job training programs
● Collaborate with families, job coaches, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
and transition support
● Ensure all documentation and service delivery align with funding and compliance
standards


Qualifications

● Active BCBA certification
● Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
● At least one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
● Experience with vocational training, job coaching, or community integration is a plus
● Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Ability to pass a background check


Preferred

● Familiarity with the Self-Determination Program (SDP)
● Experience with Regional Center-funded services
● Training in person-centered planning
