Breaking Barriers Developmentally Disabled Services’ mission is to support adults with Developmental Disabilities to achieve their goals. We are allowing private pay for clients. We strive to give everyone with a Developmental Disability a fair opportunity to achieve their goals and with our person-centered support, they will have just that.
