Behavioral and Support Services

Building confidence, communication, and connection through

personalized behavioral support.

Our Behavioral Services are designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in developing positive behaviors, improving communication, and enhancing social-emotional well-being.

How It Works

Services are overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who partners with each participant, their support team, and family to develop a personalized Behavior Support Plan (BSP). These plans are guided by functional assessments and real-world observations.

Plans may include goals such as:

  • Behavior modification and emotional regulation

  • Communication and social interaction

  • Daily living and adaptive skills

  • Building relationships and independence

Our behavior technicians provide consistent, data-informed support, ensuring each participant’s progress is monitored and their plan evolves as they grow.

Our Approach

We take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to behavioral intervention — one that respects autonomy, fosters independence, and builds long-term confidence.

With the right support, every person can thrive, connect, and live with dignity. Breaking Barriers’ role is to make that possible through collaboration, accountability, and heart.
