How It Works
In partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor’s model, our approach focuses on job carving, self-employment pathways, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
We collaborate with employers to redesign roles or create new ones that meet both the individual’s capabilities and business needs.

Every participant is paired with a dedicated Vocational Specialist who provides one-on-one support through:
